New Acquisition - December 11, 2007

Jim Quesenberry, owner and founder of Corporate Business Systems, announces their acquisition of Joplin based, Office Solutions, Inc. The acquisition included a staff of five veteran industry employees, adding to Corporate Business Systems’ existing office, located at, 3111 S. Range Line in Joplin.

Already serving southwest Missouri, northeast Oklahoma and southeast Kansas area for over 15 years, Corporate Business Systems will now offer expanded services, greater local resources, and new technologies to the Joplin/4 State business market, including:

A few of Corporate Business Systems major clients in the 4 State area include Freeman Health System in Joplin, Cessna Aircraft in Independence, Bordertown Bingo & Casino in Seneca/Wyandotte and Barton County Memorial Health Center in Lamar among numerous others.

“There was a lot of synergy that made an acquisition of this nature exciting,” said Quesenberry. “We shared a common manufacturer and the existing staff is well respected with extensive experience in our industry. We wanted to enhance the local support and resources we can offer our current and future clients in a growing market like Joplin and to that, we knew it was important to have a full-time, physical facility and staff dedicated to the community. This unique opportunity created the foundation for this effort.”

Corporate Business Systems is a Springfield, Missouri based supplier of office products and solutions with branches in St. Robert and Joplin, Missouri.


We've Moved! - December 10, 2007

Ealier this year Corporate Business Systems moved locations to our new building just down the road at the corner of I-65 and Cherry St. Our new facility has a much larger warehouse for our growing inventory, a state of the art show room featuring all of our latest products and a large training room for conducting seminars and customer training sessions.
